Parking des échelles de la mort. Route très étroite, descente dangereuse, très déconseillée aux gros camping-car. Fourgons OK. 7 km de descente et peu de croisement possible. Au fond, près de la centrale électrique, un grand parking au pied du départ pour voir les échelles de la mort et la via ferrata. Pas de réseaux téléphonique !
The Camper’s take
Large parking at the foot of the Doubs river, ideal for via ferrata and Échelles de la mort hiking. Flat terrain with picnic tables and shelter. Dry toilets available. Access via very narrow and steep road (7 km) not recommended for large campers (max 3.5 t). Noise from power plant and river. Limited mobile network (SFR reported in some reviews).
