The Camper’s take
Small free parking lot at the Old Poitiers archaeological site. Very quiet, little-frequented spot with views of the ruins and easy walking access. Slightly sloped, grassy terrain, potentially muddy in rain. Must be respected with discretion and cleanliness. Close to hiking trails and Gallo-Roman ruins. No facilities. Small vehicle recommended.

Motorhome access : Access possible but difficult for large motorhomes (over 7m not recommended). Slightly sloped, grassy, unstable terrain. Small vehicles or vans preferred. Risk of getting stuck when wet. Tricky maneuvering.
