Mixed-use car park with cars and trucks, noisy (major roads on two sides). Atmosphere varies: sometimes peaceful, sometimes disrupted by night drivers and traveller groups. Main asset: proximity to market and old town.

- Very noisy with busy roads on both sides and nighttime street racing
