Parking à côté de l'abbaye. Beaucoup d'espace, calme et paisible. A 600 m d'une station de tram, donc idéal pour visiter la ville, ou même l'Arena ou le circuit de course. Sur le bord du parc passe la rivière.

Spacious, tree-lined free parking next to Abbaye de l'Épau and a large green park. Tram stop 600m away for visiting Le Mans. Flat, stabilized ground with lovely walking trails nearby. Generally quiet at night, though occasional noisy vehicles and young people in evenings depending on season. Note: low bridge on approach.

Très bel espace ombragé ou pas selon son souhait. Pas d’interdiction à ce jour. C’est un parking public, pas de déballage autorisé quand même. Idéal pour aller se balader dans les bois de l’Arche de la Nature. Une petite ferme au milieu de ce bois avec jardin public, et maison de l’eau à proximité. Très agréable. Aucun service sur place.
