Small waterfront spot with direct beach access and views of Pont de Lézardrieux. Muddy, marshy terrain with noticeable tidal smell. Generally very quiet despite nearby trains and distant road noise. Dangerous at high tide (no space). No services. Electrified fence adjacent. Room for only one vehicle.
