The Camper’s take
Stunning high-altitude forest with excellent hiking trails (GR10, Pic Néoulous). Shaded forest parking with picnic tables and barbecue areas. Small friendly restaurant on-site. Very quiet at night despite daytime hikers. Access can be tight on the way up; prefer the Perthus town road. Cool summers, quite windy. Fresh running water available.

Motorhome access : Narrow and winding uphill road access (prefer the route via Le Perthus center). Forest parking with shaded spots, uneven terrain but manageable for medium-sized motorhomes. Parallel roadside parking available.
