Large forest clearing in a mountainous setting (830 m elevation), flat and spacious terrain. Access via a quiet minor road with minimal traffic. Very peaceful atmosphere with little road or foot traffic. Close to Saint-Sixte lake and numerous hiking trails. No facilities. Issues: occasional litter, ticks in season, virtually no mobile signal.
