The Camper’s take
Tiny free parking next to the marsh observatory, close to the beach. Gravel and tarmac surface, perfect for a quiet overnight stop. Outstanding panoramic views over the Payré estuary marshes. Picnic tables available. No services: no water, toilets, bins or electricity. Very peaceful at night, busy during the day with walkers and hunters. Extremely limited capacity (2–3 vehicles max). Watch for mosquitoes in warm season.
