Petit renfoncement en bord de route juste a côté du Giffre. idéal pour une pause repas au bord de l'eau. impossible de dormir sur place car a proximité d'un rapide sur le Giffre donc assez bruyant ( cache en partie le bruit des voitures qui passe a 10m). stationnement a plat.
The Camper’s take
Small pullout alongside the Giffre river, ideal for lunch breaks. Flat, shaded parking 10-15 minutes from Samoëns centre. Very noisy (rapids and road), unsuitable for sleeping. Used as a whitewater rafting takeout: regular morning traffic and risk of being asked to leave. Muddy terrain possible.
