Shaded parking facing the Lot river, stabilized ground with 40+ spaces. Commercial area nearby with supermarket, bakery, and laundry. Town center 3 km away, reachable by free bus (5 min) or bicycle. Variable atmosphere: quiet at night but possible morning delivery noise and traffic. Suitable for small vans and camper-vans up to 6 m (low branches). Recently renovated (works completed late 2024).
