The Camper’s take
Small shaded parking at the foot of Bérold tower, slightly sloped with a few level spots. Access via rocky forest road. Two picnic tables. Water point at the village (church/cemetery). Remarkably quiet, excellent for hiking with panoramic views. Access difficult in bad weather. No mobile coverage.

Motorhome access : Access via a rough, uneven forested path, not recommended in rainy conditions. Small vehicles and compact motorhomes preferred. Manoeuvring is tricky; better to arrive during daylight.
