Small free parking near Maÿ beach with picnic tables and children's play area. Adjacent cycle path access. Mixed grass and stone surface, slightly sloped—left wheels on curb advisable. Traffic noise variable by season/time (quieter after 22:00). CCTV present. Facilities: pets, bins. Family-friendly and reasonably quiet despite road proximity.
