Isolated spot at the base of a water tower surrounded by vineyards. Flat terrain with gravel or grass. Very quiet nights with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Difficult access with ruts and challenging maneuvering for large motorhomes. No services. Minor road noise nearby. Potential pump noise in the rear area mentioned by some visitors.
