The Camper’s take
Mountain parking at the start of a forest road, with gravel and grass areas. Very quiet at night but gets crowded with hikers in the morning. Ideal starting point for hikes including Pic d'Escurets (1440 m). Quiet evenings but variable traffic depending on season. Watch out for flies in hot weather and grazing cattle passing through at dawn and dusk.
