Free parking at Col de la Lézette offering spectacular views of Mont Blanc and access to a small lake nearby. Popular trailhead with heavy foot traffic in the morning. Flat terrain in a wild setting. Vehicle access is strictly regulated: circulation prohibited between 9am–6pm (or 10am–6pm depending on season). Police regularly patrol at night and fine camper vans. Not recommended for overnight stays.
