Petit coin d une centaine de m2 circulaire au pied d une falaise boisée. En descendant la côte à deux minutes des centres commerciaux et 9 min du centre ville tout ça en vélo .La rue à côté est assez passante mais la nuit fut calme, attention aux moustiques.
