Free parking directly behind dunes, 1 minute from beach with direct access. Public toilets and beach showers available. Mimizan town center 5-10 min walk with shops and restaurants. Overnight parking tolerated but strictly forbidden 0h-8h with frequent fines even for converted vans. Small spaces limited to 5.40 m max. Quiet off-season, very busy in summer with surfers.
