Free parking along the Loire River in Nevers with ample spaces. Unattractive setting near a cement plant and stock-car track. Quiet nights but significant noise and dust pollution from dawn on weekdays. Easy access to town centre. Suitable only for those tolerant of daytime industrial nuisances.
