Paid street parking (€3/2h) in Toulouse on rue du Béarnais near the city center, 20 minutes walk from place du Capitole. About a dozen narrow spaces on each side. No services. Suitable for daytime city visits, but not recommended at night: safety concerns reported, heavy traffic noise. Busy area, unreliable for overnight parking.
