Large free parking (becoming paid by late 2024) just outside Boulogne's walled old town. Perfect for exploring the cathedral and ramparts (5 min walk). Flatter pitches towards the back. 2 km from beach. No facilities. Urban traffic during day, quiet nights with occasional police patrols. Warning: narrow access and limited space for large campervans (>6 m).
