Peaceful setting with excellent wildlife (bird song, deer). Road noise manageable at night but increases at dawn. Watch for insects (mosquitoes) and muddy ground in wet weather. Dirt track access possible. Nearby bins (Bayonne 20 min away). Keep the spot clean—locals appreciate it.
