The Camper’s take
Small free parking at the old railway station, 500 m from town centre, beside a cycle path. Water point (fountain, moderate flow), toilets and bins available. Strictly regulated hours: 7 pm–7 am weekdays, 12 pm Saturday–7 am Monday. Quiet nights but municipal activity starts noisily from 6:30 am. Camping-car restrictions on certain days. Popular with cyclists and pedestrians.
