The Camper’s take
Free parking at the entrance to Portbail overlooking the marshes with scenic views. About 20 spaces divided into two areas: a large unrestricted zone and a smaller one (15 spaces) now with height barriers. Beaten earth surface, very wet in autumn. No on-site services. Very close to town center, shops and beaches within walking distance. Easy access but notable road traffic, especially in evenings.

- Very muddy and damp ground in bad weather; poor drainage
- Gradual pitch reduction and height restrictions installed (status evolving)

Motorhome access : Two distinct zones: large dirt parking area with no restrictions, small adjacent lot with height bars limiting access. Maneuvering possible but slippery when wet.
