Mountain pass parking in the Pyrenees with peaceful natural surroundings. Access via narrow forest road (manageable with vans, 45 min from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port). Flat, dry location, very quiet except during hunting season. Starting point for hikes with outstanding views near the refuge. No services available but mobile coverage present.
