Coastal parking in Landes, right next to the beach and dunes. Direct ocean access with exceptional sunset views. Two zones: lower tarmac parking (minimal services) and upper parking with 2 m height barrier. Parking allowed off-season (October–April), forbidden May–September. Sloping terrain, no facilities. Very quiet atmosphere, especially off-season. Low vanlife traffic, discrete users. Risk of fines during summer season.
