Arrivée à la tombée de la nuit, très bel emplacement pour un camping-car, nuit très calme et au réveil quel spectacle, vue imprenable sur la chaîne de montagne et le lac. Nous étions partis pour un emplacement un peu plus haut après Pontis mais grosse galère avec mon gros pépère, route forestières et chemin boueux, on s'est rabattu sur cette aire de pique-nique et sans regret.

Isolated picnic area overlooking Serre-Ponçon lake with spectacular panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Single flat parking spot available. Picnic tables provided. Very quiet road with minimal night traffic, resuming in early morning. Access requires careful maneuvering due to eroded junction. No facilities (no bins or toilets). Cleanliness variable depending on season and visitor respect.

Motorhome access : Difficult and narrow access: sharp 90-degree turn where road meets a deeply rutted path, requiring careful maneuvering. Only one flat spot for small motorhomes (max 7m in favorable conditions). Larger vehicles may scrape on the descent. Approach with caution.
