The Camper’s take
Parking beside a small forest lake with pine trees, very peaceful off-season. Spacious area with sandy beach, picnic tables, toilet facilities, bins and water fountain (non-drinking). Fitness trail nearby. Easy access for motorhomes, mostly flat terrain. Ideal for a stopover or relaxation, visited by fishermen early morning.

- Toilets closed in low season
- Slightly sloped terrain in places and muddy when it rains

Motorhome access : Easy flat access for motorhomes. Generally flat terrain but slightly sloped in places. Can get muddy in bad weather. Recommended entrance via the airfield side (other Google Maps access is closed).
