Le Lac du Merle. Petit spot sympa hors saison, table de pique-nique au bord du lac. Route assez fréquentée l’été et le week end mais hors saison et en semaine, parfait !!

Small scenic lake directly beside a busy road with shaded picnic tables under pine trees. Excellent for lunch stops and hiking trails, but daytime noise from traffic and nearby granite quarries. Quieter off-season and weekdays. Limited parking spaces in angled layout. Easy campervan access. Night parking reportedly prohibited in some sources.
