Prés du lac et du pont pour accéder à l'île. Grand parking avec des emplacements pour toutes longueurs. WC public avec lavabos. Beaucoup de passage en été. Point de départ pour randonnées ou vélo, autour du lac ou accès l'île par le petit pont. En saison un restaurant, menu régional et carte variée, fonctionne le midi. Très bon spot pour 1 ou plusieurs jours comme point de départ pour découvrir les bords du lac.
The Camper’s take
Large free parking on the shores of Lake Vassivière, ideal as a base for hiking and cycling. Direct bridge access to the island. Public toilets and waste bins available. Very busy during the day but peaceful from late afternoon onwards. Renowned bakery on the island. Varied pitches suitable for all vehicle types.
