Small spot at the end of a lane within marshland near the Vélo-dyssée cycle path, 12 minutes by bike from Sauveterre beach. Capacity 2-4 vehicles on flat to slightly sloped terrain. No services. Natural setting with marsh and canal views, great for cycling and walking. Warning: Natura 2000 protected site with enforcement variations; significant mosquitoes in summer; active cyclist/pedestrian passage during day; neighboring houses may be sensitive to vehicle presence.

Motorhome access : Dead-end street after houses. Slightly sloped flat terrain, 2-4 spots available on the sides in dirt. Difficult U-turn at the end. Road in poor condition.
