Free waterside parking facing Saint-Aubin island on the Mayenne river, accessible via a scenic manual cable ferry (free, seasonal operation). Walking distance to Terra Botanica and Terra Nocta. Mixed terrain: gravel car park or quieter grass field opposite. Ferry runs mornings and afternoons. Seasonal bar on the island (Easter–October half-term). Excellent for cycling and riverside walks. Risk of autumn flooding.
