Description
Superbe endroit perché sur une butte surplombant Colombiers, juste sur la piste cyclable du Canal du Midi (au-dessus du tunnel du Malpas). Très calme, à l'exception du train, qui klaxonne à chaque entrée/sortie du tunnel. En raison de la hauteur du parking, ce n'est pas aussi intrusif qu'il y paraît.

Small hilltop parking overlooking Colombiers, near the Malpas tunnel and the Canal du Midi cycling path. Generally peaceful despite train horns, which are less intrusive than expected from the elevated position. Water tap available. Free access. Ideal for a quiet overnight stop with nearby visits to the oppidum and village on foot. Ground can become uneven when wet.
