The Camper’s take
High-altitude hiking trailhead parking in pristine natural setting, highly isolated and well-preserved. Access via narrow forest track with minor ruts but passable. Stunning panoramic views, picnic tables, multiple spacious pitches. Excellent off-season destination. No facilities (water, electricity, bins, toilets). Beware of processionary caterpillars April–May. Private land: respect adjoining pastures.

Motorhome access : Narrow forest track with minor potholes and bumps. Doable for motorhomes up to 7.5 m with careful driving. Some tricky sections depending on weather. Easy maneuvering once on site thanks to multiple spaces.
