Parking de départ de randonnée pour le vallon du Lauzanier aux portes du parc National du Mercantour. Accessible aux véhicules légers par une route très étroite. En journée d'été, il faut attendre la navette et y passer derrière pour y accéder et en repartir sous peine d'une longue marche arrière. Ruisseau à proximité. Merci de ne laisser aucune trace de votre passage.

Mountain trailhead parking in the Lauzanier valley at the gateway to Mercantour National Park, around 2000 m elevation. Stunning alpine scenery with stream. Very narrow, winding access road; shuttle buses mandatory in summer season (every 30 min). Camping-cars formally prohibited by municipal order. Overnight stays possible off-season but enforcement risk. Guaranteed quiet but cold.
