The Camper’s take
Coastal car park overlooking Grenettes beach on Île de Ré. Compact, flat stabilized parking 10 m from the sea with stunning ocean views. Access via narrow lanes difficult for vehicles over 6 m. No water or electricity. Popular with surfers. Very quiet off-season but overnight parking is formally prohibited (local police lenient in low season). Bins and mobile signal available.

Motorhome access : Narrow access roads passable up to 6-7 m, beyond that tricky maneuvering. Take Ranch Road and Palombes Road. Flat, stabilized dirt parking lot.
