Sloping terrain, morning activity (deliveries, school buses). Generally quiet nights except occasional disturbances (motorcycles). Tight spots, difficult for large motorhomes.

Motorhome access : Possible but tricky: sloped terrain with tight spots, difficult maneuvering for vehicles over 7m. Lower section of the car park is more accessible than the upper one.
