Large free gravelled parking on the Gavarnie road between Luz-Saint-Sauveur and Gavarnie. Flat and spacious terrain with picnic tables and sorted waste bins. Generally quiet nights despite road proximity; light traffic after 8pm. Ideal as a fallback when nearby car parks are full. Free access, perfect for one night before hiking to the amphitheatre.
