Parking GRATUIT au bord de la route, à 2 min des pistes du Mont d'or. Départ randonnée du puy de Sancy, accès au téléphérique à 5 minutes à pieds. Places de stationnement larges et longues (aucun problème pour des véhicules gros gabarit). Poubelles OM et tri, un peu plus haut sur la droite. Interdit de 22h à 7h.
The Camper’s take
Free daytime parking (paid May-September: €4/5h or €7/day) roadside, 2 min from Mont-d'Or slopes and 5 min walk to Puy de Sancy cable car. Large, long spaces suitable for large vehicles. Waste bins available. No overnight parking (22h-7h forbidden). Mobile network access. Convenient for hiking but unwelcoming atmosphere toward campervans; closer P1 lot banned for motorhomes.

Motorhome access : Very good: wide and long spaces (6 m confirmed with margin), flat terrain. However, P1 closest to the entrance is off-limits to motorhomes; must use this secondary P2. No difficult maneuvers but slightly out of the way.
