Small free parking lot near a very busy road, 15-20 minutes' walk from Carcassonne's medieval citadel. Partially paved surface surrounded by vineyards. No services. Heavy traffic at night, intensifying from 6:30 AM. Regular presence of a fruit vendor adds reassurance. Easy access but narrow entrance area. Better suited for daytime city visits than overnight stays.
