Free parking near an athletics stadium in Lyon, opposite the Auchan supermarket. Multiple spaces, public toilets, easy access to city center (3.4 km). Convenient for overnight stays but on a busy, noisy road. Beware of Saturday morning market which can block vehicles. Site condition varies: abandoned vehicles and homeless people sometimes present. Uneven tranquility reported by visitors.
