Free access natural parking in a wildlife reserve between river and lakes. Exceptional wild setting for hiking and birdwatching. Warning: northern ford crossing can flood (deep river). Road occasionally submerged in wet weather. Access via south entrance (D28.1) preferred. Water and supplies in nearby village. Very peaceful and remote, suited to self-contained vehicles.
