"Aire de CC- autorisé 7 jours" Parking gratuit avec accès place Voltaire, pas de service, d'autres parkings dans la ville sont autorisés pour les camping-cars. Il ne faut pas rester sur le premier parking à gauche mais bien descendre jusque sur la plateforme en bord de rivière. Là, l'endroit est très calme avec de l'ombre et le gargouillis de deux rivières (La Bienne et l'Abîme) nous rend mélancolique. Le centre ville est à moins de cinq minutes à pied. A savoir que les forains, cirque... occupent les lieux le temps de leurs manifestations et/ou stationnement.
The Camper’s take
Large free parking at the riverside (Bienne and Abîme streams), 10 min walk from Saint-Claude town centre. Flat, well-drained terrain with shade, very quiet in normal periods. Access via Place Voltaire, descend to the lower platform. Basic services (water point, bins, pets allowed). Note: occasional occupation by travelling fairs/circuses; young motorcyclists may visit some nights; constant waterfall noise.

Motorhome access : Easy access, flat well-drained terrain. No barriers. Important: drive all the way to the platform at the back of the parking lot (do not stay on the first level to the left).
