Large free parking 300 m from the beach, near the railway station, ideal for visiting Châtelaillon and taking the train to La Rochelle. Hard surface, very spacious but with no shade. Narrow access (2.10 m height restriction) problematic since 2026; municipal police regularly patrol. Located near railway line (early morning trains). Parking tolerated but legal status uncertain.

Motorhome access : Very difficult. Narrow entrances (max 2.10m height from March 2026) and tight passages. Slow maneuvering required. Integral camping-cars over 2.10m prohibited. Prefer the wider rear entrance.
