Parking dans les montagnes juste sous le Fort de La Platte (fromages, repas). Point d'eau, magnifique vue sur le Mont Pourrie et son glacier ainsi que sur ceux de la frontière italienne. Départ de randonnée vers les 5-lacs. Lieu très calme la nuit. Route et chemin long et étroit. Pas conseillé en camping-car, idéal en van.

High mountain parking lot (2000 m) with difficult access but exceptional views of Mont-Pourri and border glaciers. Water point confirmed. Trailhead for 5-lakes hike. Very calm atmosphere at night. Narrow, winding road with final km unpaved: not recommended for motorhomes, ideal for vans. Concrete platform for leveling. Summer crowding possible.

Motorhome access : Not recommended. Narrow and winding road with the last few kilometers unpaved and damaged, with potholes. Passing is problematic in the evening. Only suitable for vans and small vehicles.
