Arrivé en fin d'après-midi, seul sur le parking assez plat. Petite balade vers un enclos à mouton et super, on a vu des marmottes. Nuit calme. Au matin arrivée de randonneurs non bruyants, ils n'ont pas dérangé les moutons qui étaient autour du camping-car. Petite randonnées au lac d'Oncet : 4h avec repas au bord du lac. Parking à environ 1 km du Tourmalet pour les cyclistes

Mountain parking approximately 1 km from Tourmalet pass, located in a hairpin bend but with relatively flat terrain. Excellent trailhead for hikes (Pic du Midi, Lac d'Oncet, Lac Bleu). Spectacular panoramic views, local wildlife (sheep, marmots). Generally peaceful at night if arriving late afternoon. Accessible by motorhome but winding road. Mobile coverage available. Busy mornings with hikers, cyclists and tourists.

Motorhome access : Accessible by motorhome but the route is winding and demanding, with sharp bends and nearly flat terrain once arrived. Check access conditions due to ongoing roadworks.
