Description
Grand parking dans le petit village du Buet. Avec toilettes publiques ecologique En bordure de route et à proximité de la gare. Nous y avons dormi une nuit. L'endroit est calme malgré sa proximité avec la route et la voie de chemin de fer. Le matin, réveil avec vue sur l'Aiguille Verte. Départ de randonnées et quelques sites d'escalade non loin. 2h gratuites puis 5€ les 24h ( en 08/2024 )
The Camper’s take
Large free parking for 2 hours, then €5/24h in Buet village near Chamonix train station. Flat terrain, quiet despite nearby road and railway. Excellent base for hiking (waterfalls, Aiguille Verte, Mt Buet) and climbing. Public toilets announced but under construction during several visits. Height limit 2m (tunnel to Chamonix).
