Parking du centre culturel Simone Signoret. Très calme avec aire de jeux pour enfants juste à côté. Quelque jeunes sont passés pour profiter de l’aire en soirée mais rien à signaler. A 8min de route du centre de Rouen.

Suitable for small campervans only. Road noise before 22h and after 6h. Limited spaces requiring strict respect of parking markings.
