The Camper’s take
Free parking atop Rochechinard village, facing the church. Outstanding panoramic views over the valley and Vercors mountains. Very peaceful location with a rural heritage museum (open summer 15h-19h) and hiking trails (castle ruins). Water fountain at cemetery (cut off in winter), museum toilets accessible seasonally. Access road narrow in places. Ideal for one or two quiet nights.

Motorhome access : Accessible for motorhomes and vans (confirmed up to 7 m). Narrow road in some sections depending on the approach (Saint-Nazaire or Saint-Jean-en-Royans). Flat terrain, spacious parking with no complex maneuvering.
