The Camper’s take
Spacious, shaded forest parking for the wildlife park. Flat bitumen surface, very quiet at night despite nearby road with minimal traffic. Access to lakeside via forest path, picnic tables available. No services (no bins, water, or electricity). Significant mosquito/midge activity at certain times. Park visitors arrive from 8:30-9:00 AM onwards. Excellent natural setting and peaceful nights with wildlife sounds.
