The Camper’s take
Free parking at the foot of Joux Castle in the Jura mountains. Asphalt pitches on a slope (levelling blocks essential), well-maintained toilets (open 9am-castle closing), picnic tables, bins, water available. Very quiet night, mountain views. Easy access, minor approach road. Popular spot, arrive early. Note: periodic road works on RN57 may affect peace and quiet.

Motorhome access : Easy access, paved parking with an overall slope requiring wheel chocks. Some flatter spots at the top. Small approach road, maneuvering is easy.
